Time for change, Time for Hope

location: Sanctuary--in room, at computer, curled up on desk chair
mood:
gloomy
music: "Stardust" -Nat King Cole
---------------------------------------- ----------------
Implore: v. 1 : to call upon in supplication : BESEECH
2 : to call or pray for earnestly : ENTREAT
Etymology: Middle Latin,'implorare'-- to cry out
Synonyms: beg, beseech, entreat, urge, plead with, go to on bended knee
. . .
Last night I made a decision. I need a place where I can write, where I can think, where I can get input and advice, and, well, where I can make sure I stay in touch with my friends once in college-- this provides the perfect opportunity as one friend has already made a community for that very purpose, so I figured rather than spend weeks getting a webpage up and running just for blogging, I would use this instead and include a link (should I ever create such a page)--plus, this provides me with the ability to hide my entries from the general public, and I prefer that.
So, obviously, here I am, tapping away on my computer and already thinking about all the things I need to get out of my head and onto "paper" (a process which has always helped me in the past). However, I don't want this to be just for me. I want my friends to be able to offer advice on situations, or simply be able to know about all the junk that's going on in my life and possibly offer some comments of help or sympathy. So, all of you that I know and well...trust...leave a comme nt and ask to be added as a friend. Much of what I'll be writing is stuff I really need to be able to get feedback on, and those of you that I add are the ones I trust enough to "talk" to. . .so, please, for my sake--and my sanity--leave one?
hmm...I've rambled on long enough, I think. The above is awfully choppy in how I wrote it, but oh well. It was pretty "stream of consciousness".
I leave the rest up to all of you.
